C. Raymond Burlason, II, 52, passed away April 5, five days after quadruple heart bypass surgery. He was the son of the late William and Birdie May Comperry Burlason, brother of Judy Pegram and uncle of T.J. Pegram, Jr., of Nashville, and since 1987, beloved life partner of Paul W. Thompson of Chicago. He was brother, uncle, cousin and in-law to the extended Burlason, Comperry and Thompson families.
A Festal Memorial Eucharist and interment of ashes in the Memorial Garden will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 22, at the Cathedral Church of Saint James (Episcopal), Wabash at Huron in Chicago, the Dean of the Cathedral officiating.
