There will be at least one big LGBTQ+ event in Chicago this summer.
Pride in the Park is slated to take place June 26-27 in Grant Park. It will be 2-10 p.m. on June 26, and 3-10 p.m. the following day.
The event will strictly adhere to COVID protocols. For example, all visitors must have proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 PCR test within three days of the event. In addition, those who test positive within the previous 14 days before the event will not be allowed to enter.
Also, all guests will be required to wear masks unless they are actively eating or drinking; and hand-sanitizer stations will be available throughout the park.
Line-up information will be available soon. Pre-sale tickets will be available Friday, April 30, at noon CT.
