Season of Concern has new board president

Season of Concern—the Chicagoland theater community's fundraising effort that provides compassionate care to those in the theater community who are experiencing the effects of illness or injury, and provides support annually to Chicago-based HIV/AIDS service organizations—announced the appointment of Luther Goins as board president, effective immediately.

Goins is the organization's first African-American leader. He has worked with such groups as the Chicago Theatre Company, Congo Square Theatre Company and Actors' Equity Association.
