U.S. Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-Georgia) is slated to be a featured speaker at the Personal PAC 28th Annual Awards Luncheon on Wed., Oct. 20.
The event will take place virtually and feature several pro-choice leaders. More than 1,000 supporters are expected to attend, including more than 100 elected officials and candidates from Illinois.
Warnock and fellow U.S. Sen. Jon Ossoff made news earlier this year. Warnock defeated incumbent Republican Kelly Loeffler in the 2020 Senate special election runoff, on Jan. 5, 2021. Ossoff defeated then-incumbent Republican senator David Perdue on the same date, and both races garnered national attention. The victories allowed Democrats to pull even with Republicans in the U.S. Senate.
Along with Warnock, Personal PAC will honor pro-choice leaders in the fight for reproductive rights.
Ticket prices start at $250 for general admission; visit www.PersonalPAC.org or call 312-422-0005. |
