1. In honor of Windy City Times/Nightlines columnist Lynda Licina, I offer you the Daughters of Darkness website (www1.minn.net/~pkeesey/), which celebrates the distaff side of vampirism, lycanthropy, and other forms we normally associate with things that go bump in the night. The host, Pam Keesey, offers books and essays she’s written (including “Women Who Run With Werewolves”), but there are also images with (sometimes historical, um, HER-storical) explanations.

2. Of course, there are support groups for people with all sorts of physical conditions … but large packages? The Large Penis Support Group (www.lpsg.org) has items related to sports and even fashion; in the latter, the site states that big ones have been fashionable for years. (Really? I had no idea!) There’s also a discussion area that includes, yes, a personal ads section for people of all orientations.

3. Want to know what’s going on at Bailiwick Repertory without walking there and gawking at the listings? Simply hop on over to www.bailiwick.org and find out about current productions, read about the Pride Series (upcoming events include Prism and Santa Claus Is Coming Out), scan the online newsletter, and apply for this year’s Director’s Festival. Of course, you can also purchase tickets and see about group discounts.
