1. Do you get chills when you hear Motley Crue’s “Smokin’ In the Boys Room”? Or do you get giddy when Night Ranger’s “Sister Christian,” Poison’s “Unskinny Bop,” or Def Leppard’s “Pour Some Sugar On Me” comes out of the radio? Well, then take a look at Greg’s House of Hair (community-2.webtv.net/Gregory1964/houseofhair/), a tribute to the hair bands of the ’80s and ’90s. Not only do you get lists of top groups, but the host even owns up to his hair band addiction. (“By 1990 my tape collection was approaching 500 all of which were Heavy Metal or Hair Band artists.”) In addition, you get loads of links connected to acts ranging from Bon Jovi to Lita Ford.

2. Blair Magazine has an interesting game for you to play called Gay or Eurotrash (www.blairmag.com/blair3/gaydar/euro.html). You simply select one of nine guys and decide if he’s a domestic fag or foreign slag. (Warning: Some of the guys are dead giveaways.) In addition, there’s biting commentary from three very catty judges; in one case, they think one guy must be gay “because his pants are too short for any straight man.”

3. Hunk alert: One day I decided to rent The Rage …Carrie 2, mistakenly thinking it could possibly measure up to the original Carrie. (Needless to say, it doesn’t.) However, there was one bright spot: thuggish football player Mark Bing, played by babelicious Dylan Bruno. The Unofficial Dylan Bruno page (www.madonnacatalog.com/dylanbruno/dylanbruno.htm) is, thankfully, short on words and long on pictures.
