Satisfy your senses at “OUTWRITE ARTNITE,” a gallery evening with something for everyone. The event, to be held Friday, Sept. 27, 7 to 9 p.m., at the Dawn Ferencak and Harrison Street Cooperative Galleries, 200 and 208 Harrison St., Oak Park, will feature independent film and video by members of the community, as well as live musical performance and readings, enhanced by their presentation in the setting of the galleries’ collections of paintings, sculpture, and other fine art. Prizes and certificates will be awarded to the winners of the Peripheral Visions writing contest.

Proceeds from the evening will go to help offset the cost of publication of Peripheral Visions, OPALGA’s free magazine of writing and graphic arts. The event is sponsored by OPALGA’s Cultural Arts/Social Committee.
