Columbia College hosts Say It Loud; I’m Black and I’m Proud, a symposium celebrating the publication of a groundbreaking report on Black LGBT communities. The event features panel discussions on the history of Black LGBT activism, the role of the church in the BLGBT community, and on the survey project itself.
Panelists include Cathy Cohen, Kenneth Jones, Willa Taylor, Dwight McBride, Vernita Gray, Renae Ogletree, Israel Wright, Lora Branch and many others.
