Lypsinka, Rufus, Sandra: Lip-synching legend Lypsinka (John Epperson) will host the new satellite/digital cable arts channel TRIO’s special night of Valentine’s Day programming. The night kicks off with the world premiere of STORMY WEATHER: THE MUSIC OF HAROLD ARLEN, a dramatization of the composer’s life, featuring musical performances by Rufus Wainwright (‘It’s Only A Paper Moon’), Sandra Bernhard (‘Come Rain or Come Shine’), Debbie Harry (‘Stormy Weather’), David Johansen (‘Kickin’ The Gong Around’) and Jimmy Scott (‘Over the Rainbow’). Lypsinka introduces STORMY WEATHER at 7 p.m., followed by the movies TRUE ROMANCE and FOUR WEDDINGS AND A FUNERAL.
