A friend of a 25-year-old Detroit man, Bracken Guy Rogers, has reported him missing to both Detroit and Chicago police. He has blue eyes, a shaved head (otherwise brown hair), and a large tattoo of a blue butterfly on the back of his skull. He is 5’9′ and normal weight. Contact Markoosy@hotmail.com.
