‘Pride Fest,’ a GLBT community celebration a day before Chicago’s annual Pride Parade, will be held Saturday, June 28, at the intersections of North Halsted and Waveland. This first-ever event is sponsored by the Northalsted Area Merchants Association.A Pride Fest entertainment stage will feature both live acts and dance DJs. There will also be food and beverage vendors. Suggested gate donation is $5. Hours are Noon-8 p.m.NAMA also sponsors Northalsted Market Days.
