The 6th Annual Mr. Ebony Leather, produced by Cain Berlinger and hosted by Queen Cougar and porn star Bobbie Blake, was at the Palmer House Hilton. Peter Mitchell was victorious in winning the title of Mr. Ebony Leather 2003. Mitchell hails from the Detroit area as their representative in the International Mr. Leather 25th anniversary contest. The first runner-up is Dale Robinson of Chicago. Roger Belke and associates provided a flogging demonstration.—————————————-
