compant states. The liquid is imported from Holland and distilled hundreds of times to provide an

Effenmelon Martini
2 oz. of Effen Vodka
a slice of watermelon
a dash of simple syrup
Put the chopped flesh of the watermelon in a shaker, crush it slightly and add ice, the shot of
Effen Vodka, and then a hint of simple syrup to taste (not too much). Shake sharply and strain
into a frosted martini glass. Garnish with a small wedge of watermelon.
