Former Chicagoan Jeff Green, 41, passed away from AIDS surrounded by family and friends on the morning of Aug. 22, 2003 in his home in Leominster, Mass. Jeff will always be remembered as a fun-loving man with a wicked sense of humor who worked in many of Chicago’s bars and restaurants, including Houlihans, King Crab, Italian Village and the Oasis.

He was preceded in death by his long time partner Barry Hamilton, formerly a bartender at Little Jim’s. Jeff’s ashes will be released on the water of the two places he loved the most, Chicago and Provincetown.
