Christina Wiesmore came to Chicago five years ago from her native Buffalo, NY. Since hitting the scene in the Windy City, Wiesmore has made a name for herself bartending at @mosphere in Andersonville on Tuesday and Friday nights and by starting her own event production company, The Spot Inc., with fellow Chicagoan Melissa Garvey.
The Spot was founded in November of 2002, and has grown tremendously in its first year. They have played host to multiple parties and fundraisers at various bars and clubs in Chicago and have a plethora of larger events planned for 2004.
