Nearly 2,000 women and men joined together for the 13th annual Coming Out Against Cancer benefit for the Lesbian Community Cancer Project. Held at the sprawling South Shore Cultural Center, the event featured awards, dancing, food and drinks. Co-chairs were Sandy Dyer and Julie Kata. MC was Gretchen Helfrich of WBEZ Radio, and DJs were Meshell Ndegeocello and Jahi Sundance.
