The U.S. Supreme Court Monday said a state could remove the Boy Scouts from a list of charities that get contributions from its workers because the group excludes gays, reports the New York Daily News.
‘Without comment, the high court rejected an appeal by the Boy Scouts arguing the removal violated its constitutional right to freedom of association and was discrimination based on its viewpoint,’ the News said.
