Neal Rysdahl, one of the ‘Halsted 3’ anarchists arrested during the Pride Parade while protesting anti-gays on the sidelines, said he and the others are facing a grand jury Thursday, July 22, 9 a.m. at Belmont and Western. They are all pleading not guilty and are seeking a joint jury trial. Misdemeanor charges were dropped, but Rysdahl said they each face two counts of resisting arrest and battery against police offers—both felonies.
