Puppetry of the Penis, the international hit that gives a new meaning to man-handled, is back for two weeks at the Lakeshore Theatre (Broadway at Belmont). And this time there’s a new twist (pardon the expression) : Joey Dixon is the first openly gay penis puppeteer to perform in the United States, and he’ll be onstage with the show’s co-creator, awesome Aussie David French.
