This year the regional moveable feast Festival of Potluck Food happens 1-5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 10 at the Oak Park Public Library and Scoville Park at 834 Lake Street. It is a way to bring together people of all callings, ages, backgrounds.

It is an event of potluck feasting, mixing, music, art, performance, and entertainment. Beverages will be provided. The ticket to admission for everyone invited is bringing a favorite potluck dish for eight or more.

A multimedia presentation, Dynamic Face of Community, will be shown on two video screens on the wall of the library. The show originally was presented at the Carleton Hotel during the Regional Exchange Congress in 2000.
