If you will be out of your voting area on election day or are physically unable to travel to your polling place, you may request an absentee ballot application, due no later than October 28, 2004. Request an absentee application in person at your local Board of Elections office or call the Illinois State Board of Elections at 1-800-923-VOTE to receive your application in the mail.
