Howard Brown Health Center held its 2004 Gala—a Halloween weekend treat. The clinic is marking 30 years of serving the community. Friends For Life Awards were presented to Ron Magers of ABC-7, Marsha East of LCCP, and Craig Hogan, formerly of HBHC. Bunky Cushing was also honored. Mayor Richard M.
