The Log Cabin Republicans (LCR) are upset that CNN, the 24-hour news channel, refused to run an ad produced by the gay Republican group, according to Gay City Times. CNN said an image in the ad of Fred Phelps, the Kansas preacher, holding two signs reading ‘God Hates Fags’ was inappropriate. However, according to DemocraticUnderground.com, CNN aired an anti-abortion ad that is more graphic than the LCR commercial.
