Finalists have been announced in the Peter Lisagor Awards, recognizing exemplary work by Chicago journalists. Winners will be named at an April 29 banquet. Windy City Times writer Cathy Seabaugh is a finalist for a Lisagor award for her news story on the death of Chicago Women’s AIDS Project Executive Director Cathy Christeller’s son.
