Katherine L. Imborek and Paula J. Boback exchanged commitment vows June 4, 2005 at the Chicago Botanic Garden in Glencoe, Ill. Katie was raised in Hammond, Ind., and her parents now live in Schererville, Ind. Paula is originally from Barrington, Ill. Her parents have a home in Crystal Lake, Ill., and spend the winters in Duck Key, Fla. Katie and Paula met at DePauw University in Greencastle, Ind., where they both played collegiate basketball. They have been together for more than six years. They currently reside in Iowa City, Iowa. Katie is attending medical school at the University of Iowa and Paula recently graduated with a Master’s Degree in Science Education.
