STARRLIGHT, an exhibition of 100 images of fascinating film stars who contributed to movie musicals of the 1920s, 1930s, and 1940s, appear in a portion of Steve Starr’s collection of gorgeous, original Art Deco photo frames at the Harold Washington Library Center, just below the Winter Garden on the 8th floor.
