We can’t ignore it when two of the world’s greatest curiosities combine forces for an outrageous show. We mean, of course, The Midnight Circus and its guest star, Ms. Alexandra Billings, the celebrated chanteuse. The show is Stilettos, Circus and Soul at Northlight Theatre, through March 12 only. Grammy-nominated Mars Williams of Liquid Soul also joins the evening of thrilling spectacle, music and irreverent circus acts, advertised as suitable for all ages. The Midnight Circus: Stilettos, Circus and Soul is performed at the North Shore Center for the Performing Arts in Skokie, 9501 Skokie Blvd.; (847) 673-6300; $28-$38.
