Chicago Filmmakers and Reeling: The Chicago Lesbian & Gay International Film Festival have announced that ‘Charles Busch—On Screen and In Person,’ will take place at Film Row Cinema at Columbia College, 1104 S. Wabash, on June 2 at 7 p.m. Philanthropist Michael Leppen is sponsoring the event.
The evening will begin with the Chicago premiere of The Lady in Question is Charles Busch, a documentary that details the career of actor/playwright Busch, who starred in such movies as Psycho Beach Party and Die! Mommy! Die! A reception with Busch and the documentary’s directors, John Catania and Charles Ignacio, will immediately follow.
