Still looking for that perfect holiday gift? You’ll have many items to choose from at a benefit art show at the Uptown Recording Studio, 4656 N. Clifton, on Dec. 10, 4-7 p.m.
This fundraiser will showcase the work of some of Uptown’s most talented artists, including Erik R. Sosa, who will paint live at the event. Other Chicago artists whose works will be on display and available for purchase include Amy Jo Arndt, Casey Despot, Soupie Dunbar, Andy Holck, Candy Minx, Anthony Stagg and Eric Trybus, to name a few.
Admission to the art show is $25, where live music, wine and cheese will be provided. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Citizens for Cappleman organization.
