The Future Filmmakers Festival is seeking entries for its 2007 event. Currently, the festival is seeking submissions for films and videos of any genre from filmmakers who are 20 years old or younger.
This year’s festival will be held on June 29-30 at Columbia College. Filmmakers accepted into the festival will be invited to attend and watch their films with an audience as well as attend workshops, meet film professionals and hang out with other young filmmakers from all over the country. The 2007 Festival winner in each film category will receive over $1,000 in prize money along with multiple non-cash prizes. Film screenings, workshops and other events will be open to the general public.
The postmark deadline for entering the festival is March 16.
