The ‘Miss Looptopia Launch Party and Beauty Pageant,’ an official kick-off event for the all-night cultural event known as Looptopia, was a smashing success.

According to a statement from Kevin Boyer (image #3)of event producer Third Coast Marketing, ‘the party reached a capacity of about 350 before we even started at 6 p.m.’ If people chose to leave, throngs of other individuals were waiting to replace them.

The ‘queen’ of the pageant was Miss Lower Wacker Drive (played by Steve Hickson), with the runner-up being Miss Millennium Park (played by Matthew Harvath/Circuit Mom).
