Triangle Neighbors Association announced that ‘Fire Breathin” will be the theme of the upcoming 11th Annual North Halsted Costume Parade.
The parade will kick off at 7 p.m., Oct. 31, at the corner of Belmont and Halsted, and features costume contests for all ages. Over $5,000 in cash and prizes are up for grabs.
