‘Women of African descent and HIV/AIDS: How do we protect, uplift and save our sisters?’ will take place Tues., March 11, 10 a.m.-2 p.m., at the DuSable Museum of African-American History, 740 E. 56th Place.
There will be refreshments, displays, HIV/AIDS prevention presentations, free HIV Testing, the FACES of AIDS and entertainment at the event, which is presented by The Office on Women’s Health (in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services) and the National HIV Testing Mobilization Campaign.
