Andrew Lloyd Webber and T.S. Eliot’s Cats has stopped in Chicago every few years for about two decades and now it’s here again. If the original cast members had been real felines, none of them still would be alive. This touring version uses the original Broadway costume designs and more-or-less the original staging and choreography, although modified by various re-stagers. The company boasts a rarity, a real-life gay couple touring together: Andy Mills (Tumblebrutus) and Brad Landers (swing). We guess that means you won’t see them in their show jackets at Sidetracks. A music and dance spectacle rather than a show with a through-line story, Cats plays one week only, March 13-16, at the vast Rosemont Theatre, 5400 N. River, Rosemont. 312-559-1212; $25-$55.
