Former New Jersey Gov. Jim McGreevey and his wife, Dina Matos McGreevey, have settled custody issues regarding their 6-year-old daughter, according to The Associated Press.
The terms of the deal are confidential, but Matos McGreevey said that the deal was ‘amicable.’
McGreevey and his wife split in 2004 after he publicly stated that he is ‘a gay American’ and said that he had an affair with another man. Since then, McGreevey has moved in with his boyfriend, Mark O’Donnell. Both McGreeveys have written memoirs.
