Chicago Public Schools will hold a second public hearing regarding the proposed Social Justice High School-Pride Campus Wed., Oct. 8, 6-8 p.m., at the Center on Halsted’s Billie Jean King Recreation Hall, 3656 N. Halsted.
Those interested in speaking about the proposed LGBT-friendly public high school can register at 5:30-6:30 p.m. Each person will be given two minutes to speak.
To ensure that all interested parties have an opportunity to comment about the proposed school, another public hearing has been scheduled for Wed., Oct. 15, from 6-8 p.m. at the CPS Board Chambers, 5th floor, 125 S. Clark.
