A Lakeview man was found murdered in the basement of the local restaurant he worked for.
The body of Randall Hilderbrand, 47, was found in the basement of Lucca’s Restaurant, located at 2834 N. Southport, Wed., Oct. 15. Hilderbrand lived on the 3500 block on North Lake Shore Drive.
Hilderbrand was part-owner and manager of the restaurant. Messages left at the eatery were not returned.
Police say that Hilderbrand knew his killer. A recent autopsy ruled that his death was a homicide, according to the Chicago Tribune.
