Chicago Flair—an event showcasing Chicago’s diversity in entertainment—will take place Tuesday, Dec. 16, at Martyr’s, 3855 N. Lincoln, at 8 p.m.
Among the scheduled highlights are burlesque performances by Viva La Muerte and Ms. Bea Haven; a spoken-word performance by the Miss Vine; and a fashion show of hard-to find and exquisitely sexy latex clothes created by Chicago latex fashion’s House of Bias.
The show is a benefit for Maria the Purple Goddess, a Chicago burlesque and fetish performer who had brain surgery earlier this year. Tickets are $15; call 773-404-9494.
