On Wed., March 25, 12-2 p.m., Center on Halsted, 3656 N. Halsted, will host a critical opportunity to for LGBT elders to speak out and to be heard by the Chicago Department of Senior Services.
The Chicago Task Force on LGBT Aging organized the forum, and the Center on Halsted SAGE Advisory Council is moderating it. Lunch is provided by AARP. Also, take note: This critical community input will be used as testimony at this year’s public hearings and provided to the Obama White House.
