Designer Richie Rich and actress Pamela Anderson are bringing their fashion party to The Venue at Horseshoe Casino (777 Casino Center, Hammond Ind.).
DJ Rock City will be spinning from 8 p.m. until the early morning. After walking the runway, Pam will be meeting fans in her cabana.
Windy City Times: When did they start calling you Richie Rich and how did the name come about?
Richie Rich: My name is Richie and since kindergarten I’ve had the “Rich” attached—lucky me! [Laughs]

RR: A*MUSE is a precious being, happy and free.
WCT: How did you two meet?
RR: I met Pamela through our awesome friend David Lachapelle. I totally loved her from that moment. She’s the real deal.
WCT: Pam, is it fun walking that runway?
Pamela Anderson: I’m horrible. I prefer somersaults.
WCT: I heard that this show is a little risqué. Is that true?
PA: Of course—and why not?
WCT: Pamela, you just did a PETA video? You have been an animal activist since your teens correct?
PA: Yes. I love animals and humans.
WCT: What do you have to say to all your gay fans?
PA: Ho’s up!
WCT: You have both worked with M*A*C Cosmetics, which raises money for AIDS and HIV.
PA: Yes, we have both been very successful. Everyone’s waiting for our line of makeup.
WCT: How was the reality show experience? Will there be a Pam: Girl on the Loose Season 2?
PA: Hell, no. It was a documentary series, but too much…
WCT: Are either of you big gamblers?
PA: I only gamble with my life!
