Jack L. Hays, an interior designer and former high school psychology teacher from Chicago and Palm Springs, Calif., passed away unexpectedly at his home Nov. 14. He was 60.
Hays was the Robert F. Dobnick’s beloved life partner of 28 years. He was also the loving son of Ann Frances Hays of Hemet, Calif., and the late Jack Oliver Hays. He leaves behind many loving friends and colleagues.
Hay es will be remembered for his love of life, his twinkling smile and his warm, gracious nature. He was also a giver to those in need and selfless in his compassion.
A fitting celebration of his life is being planned in Chicago for early 2010. Contributions may be made in his name to the charity of your choice.
