Center on Halsted is holding its annual Human First gala Saturday, May 22, on the Harris Theater for Music and Dance, 205 E. Randolph, at 7:30 p.m.
Among the slated performers are actress Lily Tomlin and singer Oleta Adams (“Get Here”). The special guest is White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel. The night’s honorees will include Martin Gapshis, Walgreens, and the Chicago Foundation for Women.
