Disney touted Tim Burton’s recent film version of Alice in Wonderland as 3-D. But in Lookingglass Alice, Lookingglass Theatre and The Actors Gymnasium’s hit revival of its 2005 circus-inspired take on Lewis Carroll’s Alice books, the non-stop and family-friendly action truly lives up to the label of 3-D. Lookingglass Alice continues through Sunday, Aug. 1, at Lookingglass Theatre in the Water Tower Water Works, 821 N. Michigan. Performances are 7:30 p.m. Wednesdays through Saturdays and 3 p.m. Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays (no show July 4). Tickets are $28-$64; call 312-337-0665 or visit www.lookingglasstheatre.org.
