Phoenix Center, Springfield’s source for HIV/AIDS programs and services, has scheduled its 10th Anniversary Fall GAYla at the Hoogland Center For The Arts on Saturday, Oct. 16. Cocktail hour and silent auction begins at 5:30 p.m., followed by a dinner.
