“Do Tell: Chicago” is a project of 1VU (One View) dedicated to building a monument honoring LGBT veterans and members of the armed forces. The proposed sculpture, “Radiance,” stands 9ft tall and is to be installed later this year in Space Park, 815 w. Roscoe in Chicago.
Through www.1VU.org and special events, 1VU is offering the opportunity to purchase dog tags for $35. to support the project, with the option of having these tags engraved with the name of a military member, then donating and dedicating it to be sealed in the vault at the base of the monument for an additional $15. Veterans receive a $10 discount.
1VU is also raising funds for a new program, “1VU: Green Revolution” with the support of partners Environmental Education Group (E.E.G.).
