While there was no doubt the gorgeous weather bumped up attendance, the chances to view live cooking demonstrations from top chefs or meet them (including Rick Bayless, Art Smith, Rick Tramonto, Stephanie Izard, and Steve McDonagh and Dan Smith) as well as sample some spectacular food and wine were the main drawing points. There were also seminars, tasting tours and a silent auction.
