Twenty-five grants were given out in the categories of advocacy and education; health and clinical services; housing; meals and nutrition; support and counseling; and fellowship. Among the recipients were AIDS Legal Council of Chicago, Howard Brown Health Center, Chicago House, InterFaith House, Center on Halsted, Vital Bridges Center on Chronic Care and The CORE Foundation.
