During Saturday’s Puerto Rican Day Parade, Chicago’s Puerto Rican LGBT community will memorialize the 49 victims of the Orlando shooting, including the 23 Orlando shooting victims that have been identified to be of Puerto Rican descent.

It will be part of the 35th Ward Alderman Carlos Ramirez-Rosa, Democratic State Senate nominee Omar Aquino, Puerto Rican Cultural Center, and Vida/SIDA contingent Saturday, June 18, 2 p.m., Division and Western—Float Number 4

More than 30 mourners carrying large pictures of the 49 victims, Puerto Rican and LGBT pride flags, “We Are Orlando” English-Spanish banners and stickers.
