On Wed., Dec. 7, at 6 p.m., the Chicago LGBT Hall of Fame will hold a panel for the organization’s second annual exhibit. The event will take place at the video theater at the Harold Washington Library Center, 400 S. State St.

The panel will examine how art and culture in Chicago have impacted LGBTQ history. Panelists will include Christopher Audain, program officer, Alphawood Foundation and Art AIDS America Chicago; Jennifer Brier, director and associate professor of gender and women’s studies, and associate professor of history, The University of Illinois; and David Zak, executive director, Pride and Films Plays. Chicago LGBT Hall of Fame board member Owen Keehnen will be the moderator.

The 2016 Chicago LGBT Hall of Fame Inductee Exhibit will be in the center’s Congress Corridor through March 15, 2017.
