Vicki Quade—the creator and co-author of Late Nite Catechism—is bringing back the comedy Put the Nuns in Charge! through July 16 at the Royal George Theatre, 1641 N. Halsted St.
The show features the character of Mother Superior, a no-nonsense nun out to teach the seven deadly sins of bad behavior.
According to a press release, Quade calls the show “a funny refresher course in a modern look at the Golden Rule. Mother Superior has her own opinions on just about everything from skirt lengths to cellphones.”
“Nuns” runs at 8 p.m. on Fridays and 2 p.m. on Sundays. (“Catechism” is at 5 p.m. on Saturdays, while Bible Bingo is at 8 p.m. on Saturdays.) Tickets are $30 each; visit Nuns4Fun.com.
